This allows us to streamline operations and ensure prompt delivery to your doorstep. In certain cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers for orders that are partially fulfilled by both our partners and ourselves.   • Shipping costs are calculated based the flat rates below. Orders over $150 ship for FREE. You will see the applicable shipping charges before finalizing your purchase. These rates represent standard delivery options only. Expedited shipping rates will be available and calculated at checkout.

  • If you place multiple orders within a short period and they are eligible for consolidation, our team will make every effort to combine them into a single shipment. This helps optimize shipping costs and reduce environmental impact.

  • We offer various last mile services for furniture orders, including curbside and white glove delivery options. During the checkout process, you will be able to select the delivery method of your choice.
  • Some items are not eligible for curbside delivery and require white glove delivery.
  • Please note that the shipping timeframe will depend on your location and the availability of the item. Because furniture items are large and difficult to move, fulfillment times tend to be longer than smaller decor items. We strive to process and ship orders promptly, and most items leave our fulfillment facilities within 2-4 weeks.

White Glove Delivery
  • The cost of our premium white glove delivery depends on the weight of your item. You will receive a quote for the service at checkout. 
  • You will receive a request for an appointment ahead of time. Our white glove delivery providers will deliver your item to the room of your choice, remove all packaging, assemble your furniture if it requires assembly, and dispose of all residual packaging.

 

Curbside Delivery
  • On the items where curbside delivery is available, if you select curbside delivery you will receive a quote for the service based on the following flat rates:

Furniture items between $200.01-$800.00

Furniture items from $800.01 and higher

  • Our delivery partners will inform you when the items are being delivered, and they will deliver your furniture on the curbside in front of the address you provided. You will be responsible for unpacking, moving your Madelynn Ave furniture to your desired place, and disposing of the packaging
