Order Cancelation
- To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Even though you may contact us within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel your order as once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.
- For Framed art, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, your piece has entered into production and cannot be canceled.
Order Consolidation
- If you place multiple orders within a short period and they are eligible for consolidation, our team will make every effort to combine them into a single shipment. This helps optimize shipping costs and reduce environmental impact.

Furniture orders

- We offer various last mile services for furniture orders, including curbside and white glove delivery options. During the checkout process, you will be able to select the delivery method of your choice.
- Some items are not eligible for curbside delivery and require white glove delivery.
- Please note that the shipping timeframe will depend on your location and the availability of the item. Because furniture items are large and difficult to move, fulfillment times tend to be longer than smaller decor items. We strive to process and ship orders promptly, and most items leave our fulfillment facilities within 2-4 weeks.

White Glove Delivery
- The cost of our premium white glove delivery depends on the weight of your item. You will receive a quote for the service at checkout.
- You will receive a request for an appointment ahead of time. Our white glove delivery providers will deliver your item to the room of your choice, remove all packaging, assemble your furniture if it requires assembly, and dispose of all residual packaging.
