Our return policy is designed to give you confidence in your purchase, knowing that we will guide you through any issue with personal attention and a commitment to making things right.

 

Our Commitment to You

 

Unlike many made-to-order brands, we welcome returns on our artwork — even though every piece is created specifically for you. We do this because we want you to love your purchase for years to come, and we believe exceptional service should be part of every order, large or small.

 

What's Eligible for Return:

 

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging.


Returnable:
  • All artwork (framed and unframed)
  • Home décor
  • Sale items (unless otherwise specified)

Not Returnable:
  • Furniture
  • Gift cards

 

Artwork Returns — Tailored to Each Size 

 

Because artwork varies greatly in size, value, and shipping complexity, we’ve created a return process that protects your investment while making returns as simple as possible.



Unframed Art Prints

 

Return within 14 days. We’ll provide a pre-paid label and deduct a flat $8 return shipping fee from your refund.



Framed Art Prints (up to 30×30)

 

Return within 14 days. A $40 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We supply the label and instructions for safe repackaging.



Framed Art Prints (over 30×30)

 

Return within 14 days. A $199 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We provide the label, packaging guidance, and personal support for the return of these larger pieces.



Oversized Artwork (over 40×60)

 

Because a large portion of our customers purchase oversized artwork, our team is committed to offering special assistance and tailored service for these high-value, freight-delivered artworks. This begins with a one-on-one conversation to find the solution that works best for you.

 

Home Décor Returns

 

Returns on home décor are accepted within 14 days.
You are welcome to arrange return shipping through your preferred carrier. Once received and inspected to ensure it’s in original condition, we will issue a full refund.


    Condition Requirements

     

    • All returned items must be in original condition with no signs of use or alteration.
    • Original packaging is required for framed artwork and prints. If your packaging is no longer usable, let us know — we may be able to offer an alternative resolution.
    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

     

    Refund Timeline

     

    Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fees. Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of your return for the refund to appear in your account.
