Eligibility for Returns:

 

  • Custom-made framed art, Artisanal Canvases, personalized items, items on sale, Holiday Collection pieces, and furniture are all considered final sale, and cannot be returned.
  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After the 30 days, we offer you 100 days to return you item for 25% of the item’s original purchase value in store credit.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

 

Return Process:

 

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customersupport@madelynnave.com within 30 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the return process.
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return label for your convenience.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
    • If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, the shipment will be denied and returned to the sender.
    • We are committed to fair and timely refunds. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-7 business days.

 

Store Credit:

 

  • We offer you a generous 100 days after the return window has expired to return your item for 25% back in store credit, if you item qualifies for a return.
  • For your item to qualify to receive 25% back in store credit, the item needs to be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Once we have received the item and the return has been approved, you will receive an email with a Madelynn Ave gift card totaling 25% of the purchase value of the item.

 

Exceptions:

 

  • The following items are non-returnable, and do not qualify for exchanges for store credit:
    • On sale items.
    • Gift cards.
    • Furniture.
    • Framed Art
    • Artisanal Canvases
    • Service and Digital Products
    • Holiday Collection Items
