Framed art is custom made to your specifications. For that reason, we don't accept returns or refunds for framed art. In the rare case that your framed art piece arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Most decor items ship within 2-5 days from the time you place your order. Furniture items that are in-stock typically ship within 1-2 weeks from the time you place your order. We cover the costs of shipping for all art pieces over $50. For art orders under $50, shipping cost is $4.99.

If an item is sold out, you can inquire about a re-stock date at customer support@madelynnave.com.

Yes. For art prints, you can cancel your order within 24 hours from order placement. If your order has shipped, there is nothing we can do to cancel the order. 

For framed art prints or framed canvases, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production for your order has begun, and we are not able to cancel your order.

1. We use state-of-the-art scaling tools that allow us to offer our art pieces in sizes up to 90x57 without losing quality and detail.
2. All our frames are hand-made using hardwoods or metals and made for fine art.
3. Our artisanal canvases are hand stretched over kiln-dried wood, and finished with a matte finish.
4. Our art was made for Madelynn Ave exclusively. That means our pieces are unique to Madelynn Ave.
5. We use Giclée printing techniques. That means that our art affords the highest level of detail and color accuracy in the industry.
