Most art prints ship within 1-4 days after your order is placed. For tailor-made frames, including framed canvases, production time is about 5-7 days. Contact customersupport@madelynnave.com to inquire about specific items.
Occasionally there may be a delay on framed art pieces. This is due to high demand or out of stock materials. In those cases, we will notify you about the delay, and will give you an updated estimated time of shipment.

We cover the costs of shipping for all art pieces over $50. For art orders under $50, shipping cost is $4.99.
Yes. For art prints, you can cancel your order within 24 hours from order placement. If your order has shipped, there is nothing we can do to cancel the order.
For framed art prints or framed canvases, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production for your order has begun, and we are not able to cancel your order.
