If your project is more involved, we offer e-design solutions. With our e-design solutions, you get full service interior design completely remotely, but you manage the shopping and the styling on your own time.

Yes — all framed artwork is covered by our 14-day return policy. If it arrives and isn’t exactly what you envisioned, simply return it in its original condition for a partial refund.

For framed canvases, production time is about 3-5 business days.

Occasionally there may be a delay due to high volume of orders, or weather-related issues. In those cases, we will notify you about the delay, and will give you an updated estimated time of shipment.

Madelynn Ave covers the costs of shipping for all art pieces. That means shipping is free to you, always.

Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours from order placement. If your order has shipped, there is nothing we can do to cancel the order.

In most cases you can. If the order has already shipped, we can't modify the order, but you can add items to your order, which will be shipped separately. At this time, we do not offer wholesale nor do we license our artwork to be resold.

There are 5 simple reasons:

1. The original artwork is handmade in our Utah studio. The prints you get are true to the detail or the original up close.
2. All our frames are hand-made using hardwoods and made for fine art.
3. Our artisanal canvases are hand stretched over kiln-dried wood, and finished with a matte finish.
4. We use fine art Giclée printers and archival inks to ensure a print that offers the highest level of detail and looks as close to the original piece as possible.
